The pay was ok. But could be better.

Supervisor are crooked. And. Would say whatever to devalue you a as person and as an employee. Had experience with a manager that lied and said that I ineligible for rehire Because I didn’t put a two weeks notice in which I did and I left good standings from what I was told. When I tried to get rehired back, I was told this was put on my file and I felt very That a manager that is from upper management would say that I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

Cons

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
