      Lots of room for advancement. Superstar qualities will get you recognized fast. Knowledge is power with this company, the more you know, the further you will go.

      The pay is not competitive, Communication can sometimes be poor, and benefits could be a little better, for the size of the corporation.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
