Pros
Compass is a good company from what I've learned and been though with them. The company cares about thete employees for the most part. If you need help HR will do there best to assist in this process.
Cons
Not everyone (management) think about people the way i feel they should. I understand that it's in the business of being in business however your staff/employees are here for a reason and most really care about their jobs. If we stop caring about them how can we ask them to care about the job.
