Not a lot of pro’s here. Ok Benefits but nothing that others don’t offer.
Cons
Bad Management! They hire their friends and those friends are not qualified. Management is rude and insists on arguing just for the sake. No tools, especially for data analysis. No bonus and no clear cut method to move or progress.
