      Cook to order. Multi tasking. Doing prep work, fill in for cashier. Stocking and closing down nightly.

      Cons

      Working double shifts. Not having more team work. Did love the job and felt appreciated.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
