      - training process was by the book - team was close and cared for eachother - food was fresh and prepared well

      Cons

      - pay was terrible - everyone was unpaid and overworked - client was a nightmare - work-life balance was non existent

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
