      The hourly pay was more than fair and so were the health benefits.

      Cons

      I would never say no to picking up shifts so they took advantage and put me on schedule without asking. Working an average of 50+ hours a week.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
