      Gain more relationship and communication skills with your residents. On holidays some managers are nice to give you free food instead of the nasty employee meal.

      Cons

      Poor management, very stingy on raises, and all the managers are unprofessional when it comes to a 2 week noticed

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
