      Good benefits, good amount of time off

      Cons

      No work life balance at all. Horrible company, no wonder there is so much turnover. Upper management completely clueless on what to do and blame employees for not being able to meet ridiculous targets with no tools or resources to work with.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
