      Pros

      Opportunities for growth/movement are available (unfortunately it sometimes takes knowing the right person). Company has good values and Sr Management seems to have a good direction/goal for the company.

      Cons

      Lots of cliques amongst the managers, managers are very gossipy, when something goes wrong there is lots of finger pointing, lots of politics/red tape so some things take way longer to accomplish than they should.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
