      management is good to work for you get one free meal,willing to work with you if you have a problem

      Cons

      need more overtime , can't make ends meet , some of the managers, are mean and it is their way or the highway. and the company is cheap on some thing and expensive on others

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
