      I have a boss that cares about me as a person, and not as another work body. He treats me wit respect and dignity at all times, and challenges me everyday to continue to reinforce this with other managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work schedule can be long, but it pays off in the end.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
