      Day time work as it is closed after 5 pm

      Cons

      paid for 37.5 hours per week and you work 80 hours. The manager is just about the only employee there your expected to do prep. cooking, counter service, cash, coffee making, cleaning and stock staking and all paper work with little to know help at all.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
