Pros

Been with this company for almost 5 years this year and all I can say is I'm loving it more and more each day. Although we work remotely, the company always engages us in virtual weekly events which strengthens our connections to each other even though we are not physically together. The management is also very cool, approachable, and very supportive of everyone. They are always helpful and I feel that I am valued as their employee. Salary-wise, Compass is highly competent with the current market offers. Also, for the past almost 5 years, we have never experienced delays when it comes to crediting our payroll and most of the time, it's early. This is also one of the reasons why we are happy and satisfied employees. PTOs are also one of the things we enjoy the most! Stress-free environment and I really love working here. I see myself still being part of Compass in the next years for the long haul. Career growth is also something that we can look forward to with Compass as they encourage everyone with the right potential to step up and get promoted. Thank you Compass! Cheers to more years working together to help our clients and make our customers happy <3

Cons

I don't really have any "Cons" to share however, I will say that with a strong focus on performance, there’s a high bar for results. While rewarding for ambitious employees, it can sometimes feel demanding for those who struggle to raise the bar.
