Pros

You work from home. provide equipment

Cons

- You dont get a raise for 18 months but they every 6 months tell you how your productivity is going. ( If you want employees to be productive maybe not wait a 1 year 6 months to give them a raise) - Some project leads dont care how you feel

Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with Compass. We strive to have regular performance discussions with our associates to ensure they consistent feedback about how they are doing. I'm sorry to hear that this has not been your experience, and that you've felt that some of the leaders you've worked with do not care. I would invite you to share more with our people team so that we can help with some of your concerns. Regarding pay, we have invested in pay increases and will be implementing a company-wide performance review process this year as well. Our goal is for every employee to know where they stand, how they're doing, what they need to do to improve, and the financial outcome of their performance over time. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

Compass Experience Labs is a company that truly invests in its people. The culture here fosters continuous growth and development, with leadership actively supporting employees in expanding their skills and advancing their careers. There’s a strong emphasis on mentorship, training, and opportunities to take on new challenges. Recognition is another standout aspect—hard work and achievements don’t go unnoticed. Whether through formal awards, performance incentives, or just day-to-day appreciation from leadership, it’s clear that employees are valued and rewarded for their contributions. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything. Teams work together seamlessly, exchanging ideas and pushing boundaries to improve both employee and customer experiences. Leadership is open to fresh perspectives, and there’s a real sense of teamwork in tackling challenges and driving meaningful change.

Cons

I don't really have any "Cons" to share however, I will say that with a strong focus on performance, there’s a high bar for results. While rewarding for ambitious employees, it can sometimes feel demanding for those who struggle to raise the bar.
