Pros

- Work from home - Work with cool e-commerce brands - Consistent schedule - Hourly co-workers were great for the most part

Cons

- Poor upper management - No opportunities for advancement or a decent living wage - Company culture is eroding - Bleak outlook for company; clients and good employees fleeing - Good managers are being marginalized by new hires who make twice as much money and have little or no experience in the industry - Long time employees who were important to the success of the company have been treated like garbage - No longer a company focused on taking care of clients, customers, and employees. Clients are leaving because they are no longer valued by upper management - No focus on customer service, which is what the company is supposed to be about

Compass Experience Labs Response

Thanks so much for your comment and feedback, and we're sorry to see that you would not recommend Compass. We've grown a lot over the last year! And with that growth, we have been making some changes: salaries are up 6%, full medical, dental and vision benefits have been added, and paid holidays. Additionally, we are seeing some positive trends. Attrition is down 20% over the last year, while revenue and net income are up. Compass remains focused on growing our teams and taking great care of our clients as we continue to expand!

Pros

Compass Experience Labs is a company that truly invests in its people. The culture here fosters continuous growth and development, with leadership actively supporting employees in expanding their skills and advancing their careers. There’s a strong emphasis on mentorship, training, and opportunities to take on new challenges. Recognition is another standout aspect—hard work and achievements don’t go unnoticed. Whether through formal awards, performance incentives, or just day-to-day appreciation from leadership, it’s clear that employees are valued and rewarded for their contributions. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything. Teams work together seamlessly, exchanging ideas and pushing boundaries to improve both employee and customer experiences. Leadership is open to fresh perspectives, and there’s a real sense of teamwork in tackling challenges and driving meaningful change.

Cons

I don't really have any "Cons" to share however, I will say that with a strong focus on performance, there’s a high bar for results. While rewarding for ambitious employees, it can sometimes feel demanding for those who struggle to raise the bar.
