Organisational Overhaul - Software Engineer Compass Education Employee Review

There is a clear focus by the company to exit under performers and review structures and processes to ensure people are working on the right things. Poor managers across the business have been exited and internal communication seems to be improving significantly. From my perspective it is exciting to see what next and know that my technical feedback is continuing.
