The leadership is self centred with what's in it for me than how can we build the company. Constant rift and blame game between US team and India team. India team is power hungry and US team is clueless. Looks like everyone is in it for short time, make the most of what is on the place right now. No challenging work. If you are in good books of a certain leader you are favoured. Else, your days are numbered.
