      Pros

      Good tech stack, good learning curve, work culture is awesome, friendly managers. Management motivates engineers. Getting a call from CEO on the day of joining was very good gesture.

      Cons

      Compensation is big low - salary especially stocks should be increased.

      Real estate agents are their customers. All the technology and tools are designed to help agents work more effectively.

      Cons

      There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
