Having recently joined Compass, all I can say about the company, its mission, and the people in it is ..... "simply amazing". Compass is a unicorn. Cons
The only con is also a pro. The company is not satisfied with good. It wants great. Being great isn't easy, so if you prefer settling, this isn't your place.
