Pros
Great colleagues, superb values, comfortable office, plenty of perks, lots of transparency (not 100%, but still). Difficult to imagine working at any other company after this one.
Cons
Not that bad in itself, but Compass doesn't offer traditional career paths and progression. Rather, you work to become (and remain) the best possible expert in your field, and innovate ways in which you can contribute to the company.
