Pros

Excellent pay, great work environment, amazing culture.

Cons

They require you to be in-office 5 days/week, and they do not provide you with a very comfortable setup or a designated workstation for that matter. You end up working entirely off of a laptop screen, and making hundreds of calls within small cramped call booths. In addition, there is basically no benefits whatsoever. They took basically everything away from the staff and invested all of it into the agents/customers.

Real estate agents are their customers. All the technology and tools are designed to help agents work more effectively.

Cons

There is a push to earn a higher commission from each transaction. There is no cap on the amount you pay Compass.
