Pros
The recruiter and onboarding personnel were very nice and had excellent follow up. I had applied via zip recruiter, and was contacted within a day or two. The interview/offer took about 4 weeks, and I started 2 weeks later. Seemed to go very smoothly. The pay was competitive, and they paid weekly, which was nice.
Cons
No benefits for first 3 months, and you can't join a 401K until 12 consecutive months. The impact was, if I needed to attend to a personal appt, such as a doctor appt, I didn't get paid, therefore, I didn't go to the doctor as would cost me too much in lost wages. I had do this on the weekends. Later, they implemented a sick day plan, but it was a complex process to request reimbursement for the time off, and this was only after the first 90 days.
