You only get 2 weeks of vacation per year and you don’t get it until you’ve been there for a year. You get one personal day a quarter but you don’t get them if you use sick time. You cannot work remotely from another area, it has to be your home. We are salaried so they do not let you flex your time off for more than 2 hours. One day I worked 18 hours and could still only flex 2. Management often provides conflicting information. There needs to be uniformity amongst the information they receive. You cannot apply for a new job within the company until you’ve been there for over a year.
