Very supportive management team with good pay.

No cons, I enjoyed working for Compass!

The schedule being set up to have 3 days off is decent.

The management emphasizes the importance of communication a lot but fall short in the category a lot. The turnover is terrible. And they don’t even have the decency to let you know after they tell you that you’re been laid off that they won’t be bringing you back.
