The team can disagree and be at odds. The company does not change despite high turnover.

Friendly coworkers, always eating food, "flexible hours", benefits are great, you are actually helping people.

Not so flexible hours, Universal leave(accumulates 5.26 hours every two weeks), certain supervisors are overbearing and don't give credit where credit is due
