Having come from smaller organisations, I was cautious joining a larger firm but I’ve been very impressed! - great team surrounding you, good buzzy environment - rewarded well with what I would say is market leading com scheme - managers are great at giving advice, constructive criticism and supporting further development, no matter your experience level (all done in the right way) - quarterly do’s and regular incentives

If I had to give one, it would be working flexibility but I don’t mind what’s in place

Long hours expected in typical recruitment job High pressure environment which is again in sales roles and if not keen with this probably not for the right post for you
