      you always has place to improve and some of Leader really did their good job

      Cons

      The CEO often speaks directly to staff with brutal Idea. not helpfull at all. But you always have leader that will cover you from him.

      -Hybrid working, WFO once a week -Some of the seniors are really good people

      Cons

      -very low pay, 1 mio/month -very very limited resource of learning and explore -everything is scattered while everyone is already busy with their own task -not invested enough on everything that supports data operations -no clear responsibilities, who is doing what, some seniors/leaders doesnt really know whats going on -can not end internship unless family member is sick? This is too much considering the pay, and blocking better opportunities for fresh graduates
