      Pros

      The only good thing here is it is a bit more money than benefits, not much though. Some people are supportive. I help myself to a few toilet rolls each day saves me buying them from the shop. Going to hand my notice in around easter time, really have no faith in the company and would like to hopefully find a new job soon that doesn't treat you like a slave.

      Cons

      Everyone wants to leave and is looking for new jobs that pay a decent wage. Started off smashing all my targets but they fail your call quality so they use that as an excuse to keep you down. Bullying from a lot of management here and a lot of backstabbing from colleagues. I would honestly advice do as little as possible and enjoy the salary. Commission is non existent pretty much.

      Pros

      Remote working with small hybrid requirement is a godsend. Four day week is absolute game changer, and just shows management is forward thinking and actually cares about people's lives. Uncapped company-wide bonus scheme means we all do well when the company is doing well. Trusted to get on with your job and not micro-managed.

      Still finding maturity following MBO.
