Pros
The team spirit over the company as a whole and my team in particular is amazing. The top level leadership seems to really support progress and likes to hear everyones voice. Work life balance seems to be the best you will find in Zurich.
Cons
My direct manager is really into micromanaging and it is really hampering the ability to thrive and improve the products. The salary for my position is on the low side for Zurich standards
