      Pros

      The company has a great culture and strong management. Some of the other reviews don't seem accurate—yes, there is pressure, yes there is targets but that's expected in a sales role. If you're dedicated and put in the effort, it's a solid job.

      Pros

      Very much a family feel to the company. The sales teams are supportive and it's never man eat man. Everyone wants everyone to win as a collective. The leadership are open to feedback and willing to make changes where needed off the back of that feed back. It's a rewarding role if you're willing to put the effort in. We close over Christmas! Family time is important.

      Remote working, flexibility and decent salary

      Cons

      Very demanding, nothing was good enough. Stressful and no confidence in management. Goal posts changing all the time!
