Pros

You are able to work from home

Cons

this is Liberty Mutuals project, and it is failing desperately. You will never be told what you will be paid or when you can expect to be paid. you have 30+ insurance companies you can sell through but they all have restrictions up if you do get a quote and your customer goes online to that same company they will get a better rate than what you can offer. Non of the leadership has any experience selling in an agency so they are NO help to you they have no idea what your day even looks like. lets talk about your day, you need to be quoting, planning and attending networking events, putting up tables local events, calling from salesforce, managing your personal media (yes they expect you to post 3 times a week and they will monitor your personal media accounts) and if you are balancing all of that you are to sell 35k a month in premium. They will hire you cause they hire EVERYONE! Then they will push you to sell your friends and family cause they know your going to quit and they want to get business out of you. their training program is a nightmare, you are put to work while you are doing 8 hours of training a day. Just trust me and find a job somewhere else

Pros

The flexibility to work from home and from an office allows both myself and my team to thrive and collaborate. Our robust carrier panel allows our agents to help customers with most/all of their insurance needs.

Cons

Communication between our carriers and our agents/managers can be improved upon.

Pros

I've been with the company for 10 years and currently serve as a Regional Marketing Manager, which I think speaks volumes on its own. What has kept me here is the consistently supportive and transparent leadership at all levels of the organization. Senior leadership, including the CEO, leads with an honest, human, and relatable approach- you're not just hearing values talked about, you see them modeled every day. The culture is collaborative and people-centric, and there's a genuine emphasis on work/life balance. Employees are trusted to do their jobs well, given autonomy, and supported when challenges arise. Communication is clear and open, and there's a strong sense that leadership is accessible and truly listening. It's a place where you feel respected, valued, and motivated to do great work.

Cons

As with any growing organization, things can move quickly and change is ongoing. For people who prefer rigid structure or a very slow pace, that may take some adjustment.
