      Pros

      A safe place to work, with approximately 40% female employees under professional management. It provides learning environment and freedom of perspective where everyone can learn and grow. Good food at economical price. Team members are supportive.

      Cons

      Every Organization has some pros and some cons, and so does Compare. However, I don't think cons matter if the pros fulfill your desired job's criteria.
