Pros
- The opportunity to work with major brands
- Excellent product/market fit, meaning a unique opportunity to drive your comp up, and a simple and easy product to understand
- no direct competitors
- Lots of support from the team and management
- Investment both in time and money in the tools and assets that are required for you to do your job successfully
- None of the sycophantic behavior you'll see at many companies, in fact i've never seen a company with less nepotism.
- Fun spiffs, rewards, and incentives in the way of gift cards, charity donations, etc.
- Prospecting templates WORK, and no cold calling required to be successful
- Most diverse & inclusive company I've worked for, in background, demographic, experience, and thought
- Execs and mgmt actually listen to the feedback of employees and take corrective action. Most of this has been around meetings and training.
- No a--holes, and no woke BS; balanced and open-minded perspectives in the company.
Cons
- Benefits below average
- Work Life Balance is below average, with a lean 10 days of PTO
- There is somewhat of a disincentive for salespeople to close longer term deals even though the total revenue generated is much higher
