Pros
It's a really great culture at Comparably because the people are passionate and smart, and the leadership care about the team's development. This much is clear. The company is growing very quickly and there is a lot of opportunity to mobilize within the company and learn from people who have proven processes in their respective roles. The workplace has down to earth people who know how to get results.
Cons
They have more things figured out here than I would say most other companies, which is a positive--the company is still small technically and adding tech to improve efficiencies specific to individual departments. Benefits have improved a great deal since I've been here and are now quite good.
