By far the most passionate, hard-working and talented sales team I have been fortunate enough to work with. The highly supportive, collaborative and goal-oriented nature of the organization instills a sense of camaraderie that is difficult to establish in a remote-first (and largely distributed) environment. With the company's skyrocketing trajectory this past year, the professional growth opportunities are evident and will continue to provide all new hires with desirable, achievable career pathways.
Cons
With the greenfield nature of this particular SAAS space (and still in the early adopter tech lifecycle stage), it is not a straightforward, transactional sale. The product is highly complex and requires a strong commitment of time and energy to learn, grow and dedicate oneself to mastery over a considerable period. Not your old-school 9-5 role for anyone seeking an easy paycheck and commission schedule.
