From the get go I was welcomed into the team and given many opportunities. Since starting a few months ago i have been through the full Splunk certification track, given help when needed. With weekly meetings to see how i am progressing and feeling in the team and training i have been fully supported along the way. The outer team has regular nights outs, and meals ensuring no one feels like they are part of just one section of the company.

Atmosphere can be very familial and friendly. Pub night every Thursday.

Remuneration is very low compared to the industry, career progression is non-existent and staff are assigned to clients based on availability and not skills, expertise or objectives. You are expected to learn whatever technology the client wants the day before and turn up pretending to be an expert.
