-complete separation of upper management and entry level employees; no drive for upper management to get to know any of the employees they 'manage' -high level of gossip in the office weekly, disturbing workflow -poor communication between departments; mistakes continually made over and over again leading to wasting of employee time for continually correcting recurrent mistakes -employee evaluations based on hearsay rather than direct observed data -unclear expectations/communication from upper management to employees -upper management doesn't set great examples for employees, directly and openly violating policies that employees must adhere to -poorly handled hr department
