Very nice company. Many experienced people that are not afraid of new technologies. Ability to propose new solutions that will help development process. Open discussions about code standards. Very strong emphasis on quality of code and test coverage. Hard interview and requirements that ensure that people that you work with are very good. In non-technical areas: - very friendly and nice people - flexible hours - fusball
Cons
- pay is lower that in other Krakow companies on the same "level" - kitchen could be equipped better (fruits are only delivered every other week)
