Always a different work environment . You meet different people when you are working . If you like working outside then this is the job for you .
Cons
Low pay with little to no prospect of any raises ! Pay is far below the industry standards . Management does not know how to manage . This is a company based out of South Carolina where slavery was popular . I believe the owners are still thinking they can pay employees slave wages
