-management does not support you, they will sacrifice you to save themselves -customer service is understaffed and overworked -warehouse was unsupportive in my territory -quarterly bonus was always deposited at a minimum of 8 weeks late to a maximum of 24 weeks late -no transparency or communication between corporate and US operations

Employees are great, care about company

Upper management do not value employees. You cannot be successful in US market acting like Spanish company. Upper management does not listen to employees to try and improve.
