The pay is pretty good and the Recruiting/HR staff is excellent
Cons
If you have a security clearance beware. They will pull it in and you will lose it. I had a TS/SCI when I started working for them and it was gone 10 days later. Benefits are horrible. I started working for them in April 2020, and today is my last day. Over the course of those four months I have done one project that lasted about three weeks. The rest of the time I was bored out of my mind! Leadership lacked in the area of communication and I never received feedback. I asked many many times for something to do, and never even received a response from my supervisor. I am highly educated and highly skilled at what I do and they were going to give me a project to build a binder of briefings for the organization executive. They have no idea what to do with their talent and are just hiring people to make money off of them. I didn't feel like they cared about me as an employee. It is plain old waste if you ask me.
