Pros

Onboarding- The process was pretty seamless. IT had my device ready and signed into all apps. Finance dept. had my payroll acct ready to go and were quick to assist with any issues or acct problems I had. HR was quick to collect my information and provide tools/training/ general business overview for my overall understanding. It was easy and fairly quick. Benefits- Dental, Vision, Medical, 401k, etc... They offer a range of benefits and different options you can choose for single or family. It is comprehensive and you can always tailor it to yourself by adding more coverage or opting out of some. Professional Development- They have a reimbursement program for certifications and trainings related to your job role or a future role you may qualify for. I will be making good use of this for some certs that are out of my price range at the moment. They believe that by developing the individuals professionally, they will become better assets for the company and be happier overall. Work- There is always something to do and I stay well within the scope of my job duties. The hours are regular business hours 9-5 and I personally am able to complete my tasks well within the timeframe. Management- They are very active and dedicated to the customer and the employees. They want to see you succeed and they want to hear what you have to say. They have an honest open-door policy for employees where you can state your ideas or concerns. Could also be done through surveys.

Cons

Hybrid - Might not be fully remote depending on the roles and responsibilities. Not too bad though. Fast paced environment- Took me a bit to adapt but very doable.
