Ask how the budget is formulated related to commission structures. Most often then not you are given a budget at the beginning of the year that starts you off in the negative. So meeting or exceeding budget to get full commission can often times be unobtainable.

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
