Pros

My recruiter is very helpful and responds to a lot of issues quickly. If you are experienced they can negotiate a good salary for you and the stipend for traveling is very reasonable too.

Cons

Sometimes the other party can end your contract early if you are a locums, which could be inconvenient if you sign a set lease as a traveler.

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
