Great Benefits. Free Clinic. Somewhat flexible with time off and encourages work life balance. Company encourages individuality.

Cons

Your success depends upon which team you end up on, and you have no choice in the matter. But, for such a large company, they have done the best they can to try and make it fair.

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
