      Pros

      CompHealth has a very healthy focus on putting their employees first and continuous improvement. My leaders continually give me feedback and absolutely care about my progress.

      Cons

      The path to success here can be difficult to define. If you work hard, you'll be successful but the details can be incredibly different from one person to the next.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
