Pros

Great team environment, travel staff and licensing staff support recruiters and milestone program to make higher income during on-boarding. Hands on as far as sales goes, with account management and monitoring physicians' assignments (and extensions).

Cons

High pressure sales environment, sales cycle is very long process where multiple hands touch a single file till its completion which poses risks at those various junctures.

Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

Cons

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
