Completely clueless about the culture of the hospitals. If a hospital or practice is coming to CompHealth to fill a position, inherently it most likely is a terrible place to work. There must be something wrong with the hospital if they have had to resort to using CompHealth to fill a vacancy.
CompHealth will gladly throw a physician under the bus in order to appease the client which is the hospital, not the physician.
It is as if CompHealth has a terrible work culture and people that are successful at CompHealth must have questionable morals and ethics.
Just don’t. Many physicians have said the same thing I am saying. I wish I had read the reviews before ever doing business with CompHealth. Worst locum’s company in existence!!!!!
