      Ability to grow your career and make independent decisions. Great industry, product/service and great clients. Owners are actively involved and engaged daily.

      Cons

      A little light on initial training, but coaching is ongoing. Company is growing, so office space is tight.

      It was great to work with a company that actually cares about their employees and actually goes the extra mile to make sure our clients are treated with respect and honesty.

      Cons

      The office was always cold so make sure your bring a sweatshirt. No 401k offered.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Comp Resource Group. I work on the sales team and everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. The company isn't that well known, but has grown very quickly since I've been here. Overall - I'd recommend the company to anyone that wants a unique opportunity.

      Cons

      A little bit of micro-management, but its helped me be successful.
